We’re currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (Finished Goods) to support our GNE site in West Footscray, playing a critical role in ensuring finished products meet all food safety, quality, and customer requirements.

This role contributes by:

•    Coordinating the release of finished goods, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer specifications
•    Monitoring production records, Quality Control Points (QCPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs) in line with the site HACCP program
•    Conducting quality testing and analysis, including moisture analysis, allergen verification, and sensory assessments
•    Investigating quality issues, supporting root cause analysis, and assisting with customer complaints and quality alerts
•    Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, and accurate maintenance of QA documentation

About your experience:

•    Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Technician role within food manufacturing or FMCG
•    Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety and quality management systems
•    Experience conducting laboratory testing, interpreting results, and managing product release processes
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
•    Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with operations and production teams
