About the role:
As the National Customer Service Manager at GrainCorp, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by developing and implementing effective service strategies and processes. This role contributes to our journey by overseeing the customer service operations nationwide, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
Key skills we are looking for in our successful candidate are:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the agribusiness or related industry
- Experience using a CRM for customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
