Customer Service Representative - West Footscray

We are proud to be the largest integrated edible oils business in Australia and New Zealand, producing a wide range of quality food ingredients and animal feed products including specialist ingredients for infant nutrition.

About the role

Intially, this role will see you working from home; however this role is usually based out of our West Footscray site. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and sits within a team of 5. You are the first point of contact to our customers! 

As the primary contact for customer service, your role will include:

  • Being the initial contact for customer service issues
  • Assisting with managing Customer enquiries and deliveries
  • Maintain Customer Order entry process
  • Meeting required KPI performance for interal and external customers

About your experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you will come from a customer service and support background within FMCG/Foods Manufacturing environment or similar. Candidates will also display

  • A passion for delivering excellence to our customer
  • The ability build relationships
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and SAP (Essential) 
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Conflict management
  • Accurate Data Management
  • Communicate with a positive and professional manner
