About the role
Based from our Wagga Wagga site and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join the team. The Maintenance Assistant provides wide ranging support to the Maintenance team, and this includes:
 

  • Invoice processing, supplier liaison, purchase order management, preparing MTD financial spend updates
  • Entering work orders into SAP and regular reporting on workorder tracking and backlogs
  • Document management activities for preventative maintenance paperwork
  • Conducting weekly 5S workshop audits
  • Collating and distributing minutes from weekly VIC country planning meetings
  • The role provides other ad-hoc and general support to maintenance teams


About your experience
Our ideal candidate has a broad skill set in administrative support, preferably gained in a commercial / industrial trades and services environment. 

You’ll also have:
 

  • Working knowledge / experience in SAP maintenance and related modules preferable
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and systems
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
