About the role
Ideally based out of our Toowoomba office and working 2 days a week (or 4 half days) we are looking for a Data Entry Coordinator on contract for approximately 12mths.
This role will see you support the business with the entry of feedlot performance data and the subsequent reporting requirements. This will involve preparing reports and reporting templates for the Nutritionists in preparation for site visits and entering in performance data post visit. Other key responsibilities will include;
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Generate client reports
- Work with clients to follow up on missing or outstanding data.
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties which may include drafting communications, organizing files and data cleansing
Your experience
Our successful candidate will come to us with strong attention to detail ideally within the agribusiness industry or similar. We are also open to a student who can commit to this role for the 12 mth contract period who has a passion for Animal Nutrition.
Key skills we are looking for are;
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft suite of products especially excel and SAP experience
- Strong time management and ability to work in a small team
- Proven administrative experience
- Preferred knowledge of animal nutrition industry
