Salary: Up to $130K incl. Super + Labour Market Allowance + Vehicle and House Provided + Bonus opportunity
This role includes management of secondary sites and operates on a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster of 8 days on / 6 days off.

About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at our Thallon site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day site activities and manage a dedicated team of grain handlers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising site staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Supporting the Area Manager with planning and resourcing for grain receivals and outloads across seasonal peaks
- Managing grain receivals and outloads with a strong focus on safety
- Building and maintaining relationships with local growers and community stakeholders
- Overseeing site budgets and contributing to operational planning
