About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking several Grower Services Representatives to be based at our Tamworth Office. With around 10,000 growers and up to 20 million tonnes of grain moving through our country and port networks, it’s easy to appreciate why the role of Grower Services Representative is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the first point of contact for our dedicated grower hotline, you will be responsible for directing and managing all enquiries / requests and servicing our customers  in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll learn everything there is to know about how we manage enquires from our grower customer’s, including all aspects of grain stock and contract management, whilst working across multiple IT systems to ensure growers are serviced accurately and efficiently.

About your experience

Our ideal candidate has at least completed secondary schooling to HSC level coupled with experience gained in an administrative, accounting or related function. You’re passionate about delivering a consistently exceptional level of service to customers, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition to above average skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, you’re unafraid of learning new systems and technologies.

Finally, your willingness to be flexible to take additional activities and support outside of standard working hours (typically around our annual harvest period) will be appreciated.
