Role: Harvest Grower Services Representative - Casual Working hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, with some weekend work available Contract length: 6–10 weeks

About the role This is your chance to be at the heart of our grower community. As the first friendly voice our growers hear when they call our dedicated Grower Hotline, you’ll play a key role in supporting them through the busy harvest season. You’ll be answering questions, managing requests, and providing timely, accurate advice on everything from grain stock to contract management. Working across multiple systems, you’ll ensure every grower feels supported, valued, and confident in the service we provide.
About you You’ll bring experience in administration or customer service, but more importantly, you’ll bring a genuine care for people. You pride yourself on delivering outstanding service, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel and Word. If you’ve got a can-do attitude, a warm phone manner, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our growers, you’ll fit right in.
You will join our friendly and supportive team in our Tamworth office, this is a great opportunity to use your skills while contributing to something bigger — helping to keep Australian agriculture moving.
