About the role

Are you an accounts savvy individual looking for a role that is a little bit different to the norm?

We are seeking a Trade Support Coordinator to join our team in a permanent position. This role's main purpose is to support the offers settlements and trade support functions for the GrainCorp business. The role is responsible for the timely and accurate settlements of grain received by validating the data in the Commodity System and reconciling accounts. The investigation of discrepancies or missing payments and liaison with internal and trade customers will also be a key part of the role.

About your experience

The successful candidate will have strong reconciliation skills coupled with administrative/data entry experience in a busy and challenging environment - they will also have demonstrated organisational skills. You will have prior customer service exposure and will pride yourself on offering an excellent level of service to all stakeholders. Experience working in an agribusiness will be highly regarded.

Key Skills:

  • You will have the ability to think on your feet and will maintain solid attention to detail even when under pressure
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel including the use of V-Look ups, pivots tables and macros
  • Proven experience working to deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
