GrainCorp connects more than 10,000 grain growers with local and international customers via Australia’s largest silo network, with a storage capacity of over 20 million tonnes, seven bulk port elevators and two specialty port terminals. About the role

We are currently seeking a Trade Execution Coordinator, to manage the execution of contracts for both bulk and container shipping.
The role would also involve:

  • Contract management
  • Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Banks, Vessel’s agents, Inspection Companies, Owners, Shipping Lines, Buyers, Sellers, Packers and other Service Providers
  • Shipping Schedule Management

Preferred candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees. 

About your experience

Candidates will display prior experience in a trading environment or similar organisation with an excellent understanding of the execution of contracts to ensure that orders are delivered timeously. Candidates should also demonstrate experience in the following areas:

  • Container shipments and voyage Charter
  • Liaising with customers and other relevant government departments.
  • International trading operations and logistics
