About the role


We’re seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join our team as the result of an internal move. Specifically, you will:
 

  • Provide accurate, compliant, efficient and timely payroll services across a portfolio comprising NZ and International Payroll (CA, CH, IN, SG, UK, UA)
  • Provide accurate and professional advice to HR, managers and employees on a range of payroll related queries
  • Develop strong relationships and provide support to payroll colleagues, HR, Finance and business areas.

About your experience


Our ideal candidate has solid payroll experience gained in a large, corporate environment including:
 

  • Strong knowledge of NZ payroll-related legislation and employment agreements
  • Excellent payroll systems experience in ADP (Globalview) + Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly at times to meet pay cycle deadlines.


In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police check, credit and bankruptcy check.
