About the role

The Property Administrator is a newly-created role in our growing Property team offered as a fixed-term full time opportunity for 12 months with the potential to extend.

The position reports to the Property & Contracts Manager and will be tasked with:

  • Approving invoices – processing of invoices in our finance system, SAP
  • Utility management – management of electricity records/data including verifying correct meter number to relevant site; management of on/off connections; liaising with authorities to recoup electricity, council rates and other charges
  • SAP RE – data entry in our property module to create, terminate or place on holdover AR and AP leases; maintenance of data of invoices, adjustments to rent review and credits; recording and tracking security bond or bank guarantees; retrieving monthly reports to distribute
  • Property data – assist in ensuring the property database is up to date
  • Support to the Property & Contracts Manager with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

About your experience

Our ideal candidate has a vocational qualification in accounting or bookkeeping coupled with relevant experience, gained in a commercial setting (property preferred, but not essential).

Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards or similar
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient, positive and able to work autonomously.

In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police, credit and bankruptcy check.
