About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Buyer Services and based in our Sydney Head Office, this is a busy and dynamic role! 

With a focus on exceptional customer service you will provide account management to agreed customers - including being the Key Account Manager for specific accounts. You will be tasked with implementing strategic initiatives, providing tactical and operational account support as well as assisting with product deployment and management in the bulk supply chain. With your strong attention to detail and administration skills you will also be responsible for the management of Shipping Stem. ​​

Other key responsibilities will include; dispute resolution, managing longer term agreements, quality resolution, commercial agreements and providing leadership and coaching to the Buyer Services team as required.

About your experience

Together with extensive experience in all aspects of the Australian domestic and export movement of agricultural commodities, including quality; freight markets; derivatives and physicals and supply chain management; you will also have strong customer centricity and experience building and delivering on business plans that lead to business growth.

The successful individual will have an established network within the Grains industry and be a well developed strategic thinker who can implement and execute plans quickly and effectively. You will of course be a strong communicator with knowledge of front/mid and back office functions and corporate risk governance.
