As the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, we operate more than 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Busines Systems Analyst that is proficient in the SAP logistics module, specifically the PM, QM and PP modules. The responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Provide application support, continuous improvement and deliver upgrades/projects to maintain SAP Logistics business applications & associated solutions
  • Continuously improve and drive consistent practices, processes, procedures, governance and standards to ensure applications support consistency
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, document business requirements and manage small system enhancements
  • Develop, review and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments

About your experience

Candidates will have prior experience supporting and configuring SAP Logistics with strong working knowledge of PP / QM / PM modules. Candidates will also display: 

  • Tertiary qualified in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience 
  • Experience with ERP security: Roles design and authorisations matrix including mapping of business roles to ERP roles/transactions
  • Working knowledge of service management tools and Level 2 Support processes.
  • Vendor management and working with vendor resources to achieve project and application support outcomes.
  • Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation

In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police check.
