Role: Business Development Manager – Animal Nutrition
Location: Southern NSW & Northeast VIC

GrainCorp Animal Nutrition has expanded its presence and is looking to secure key personal in its Animal Nutrition business. Representing the established and respected brands including Performance Feeds, Molafos, Anipro, WeatherPro we are dedicated in building trusted and innovative solutions/ways to assist customers in improving performance and efficiency.

This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

•    Developing and growing profitable customer relationships across Southern NSW and North East Victoria, with a strong focus on Feedlots and Pasture producer customers
•    Driving new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing accounts across liquid and dry animal nutrition products
•    Partnering with customers through a consultative sales approach, providing technical and commercial solutions aligned to their needs
•    Working closely with the National Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition to implement sales strategies, manage pipelines and forecast performance
•    Representing GrainCorp Animal Nutrition professionally at customer sites, industry events and within rural communities

About you: 

You’re a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being on the road and building trust face-to-face. You’ll bring:

•    Experience in sales or business development, ideally within agriculture, animal nutrition or a related rural industry
•    A genuine affinity with rural communities and confidence working with Feedlotters, producers and resellers
•    Strong communication skills and a consultative selling mindset
•    The ability to manage your time effectively across a large territory, with regular overnight travel
•    A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial acumen and CRM capability
