About the roles
We have currently have a casual position available at our Fisherman Islands terminal. Could be a perfect opportunity for a school-leaver or similar as no experience is necessary.

As a Terminal Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our port operations running smoothly. Your day could include helping with grain receivals, shipping, container packing, hygiene and plant operations—every day is different in this multi‑skilled environment.

We provide you with the tools and training required to perform your job effectively and safely. We’re also proud to provide genuine opportunities for our people to take on more responsibility, allowing them to progress further, if desired.

About your experience
We’re seeking individuals with the ability and willingness to do this type of work. Additionally:

• Flexibility to work nights / weekends when the terminal operates 24/7
• Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills
• Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Bonus: Loader, forklift or skid-steer experience (desirable but not essential)
