About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Production Process Specialist (day shift), based at our Numurkah site, to standardise production processes in a shift environment. The role will also entail:

  • Creation of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Material for Process Operations
  • Implementing continuous improvement / lean practices
  • Development of structured training methods to improve the current operator training process
About your experience

Candidates will have prior experience working in a similar role in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, establishing manufacturing processes. Candidates will also display:

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing/ Continuous improvement practices. 
  • Knowledge of staff training and creating training materials
  • Ability to develop standard operating procedures
  • Computer literate (Microsoft applications)

In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, preferred candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.
