The work we offer

Safely and efficiently moving thousands of tonnes of grain through our Newcastle Terminal requires a big effort and focus from our team. 

That's why we're recruiting additional casual workers to help us deliver an outstanding service to our international customers. The action starts in March 2025 and will continue for a few months.

The work we offer includes grain handling (general labouring), grain sampling and laboratory support, and we provide all the training you need (plus, you get paid for it!).

Important things to consider:
 

1. You must have your own accommodation (house or caravan/campervan).
2. You must be available to commence work with us from March 2025.
3. You must be an Australian citizen or hold a valid work visa and provide proof of your right to work.
4. You must be capable and willing to work in an outdoor and shift work environment.
5. For those with asthma, you must have an Asthma Action Plan (as recommended by Asthma Australia).
6. You must have permission from a parent/guardian to apply, if you are younger than 18 years old (and you must be at least 16 years of age).
