About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Maintenance manager, based at out Narrabri location, to manage the maintenance for several sites in the region. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage staff to ensure that all planned and unplanned maintenance is completed in the region. 
  • Manage the maintenance budget for the region
  • Ensure a high level of safety is maintained by staff
  • Hands on maintenance work as required
About your experience

Candidate will have prior experience in a Maintenance Manager role, having managed both permanent and contract staff members. Candidates will also display:

  • High level of understanding and commitment to safety 
  • Trade Certificate in any of the following disciplines electrical, diesel mechanic, fitter machinist, boiler-maker
  • Experience with SAP / CMMS
  • understanding in the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered Mobile Equipment

In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, preferred candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical. A current, valid driver’s licence is also required.
