Location: Murrayville
Salary: Up to $169K incl. Super, Remote and Labour Market Allowance, Vehicle and Bonus

This role contributes by:

• Looking from the front of both our Murrayville and Underbool site, working shoulder-to-shoulder with you team to ensure all commodities are received, stored and out loaded safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervising a team of grain handlers while actively taking part in day-to-day operations. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leadership role. 
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate grain movement to optimise efficiency
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards
• Preparing reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and compliance
• Building and maintaining relationships with local growers, supporting the community
