About the role
GrainCorp is looking to hire a Site Manager at our Lake Cargelligo site to manage the day-to-day operations of the site and staff, in this role you will:
- Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate grain movement to optimize efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards
- Prepare reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community
