Location: Mt. McLaren
Salary: Up to $130K incl. Super + Labour Market Allowance + Vehicle and House Provided + Bonus

This role contributes by:

• Looking after our Mt McLaren site to ensure all commodities are received, stored and out loaded safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervising a team of grain handlers and working alternately with another Site Manager, 7 days on and 7 days off – ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate grain movement to optimise efficiency
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards
• Preparing reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and compliance
• Building and maintaining relationships with local growers, supporting the community
