About the role
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Administrator to join our Hamilton based team located at the Waikiato Innovation Park. This role is permanent and we are open to this role being full time (40 hrs a week).
 

This role has free parking available on site and offers a hybrid working pattern (2 x days in the office and 3 x days from home). 

You will join a team with a friendly culture where attitude is everything! The focus of the role is to ensure that the administration functions of the business are undertaken accurately and efficiently in order to support all other business functions and ensure the smooth running of the business. Daily tasks include;
 

  • Order processing
  • Data entry 

     

About your experience
Our successful candidate for this role will have previous office administration experience as well as strong customer service skills. Other key skills we are looking for include;
 

  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to pick things up quickly
  • Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
