About the role
We are seeking a permanent part time Customer Service super star to join our team located in Hamilton. This position will be offered on 24 hrs a week - ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We offer a hybrid working pattern (Tuesday in the office) with core hours being 8.30am - 5.00pm.

You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service when liaising with customers via phone and email. The responsibilities will also include:
 

  • Dealing directly with customers whilst ensuring the company is represented to high standards to those contacting the business via phone or email with an increase focused on the commercial customer 
  • The key point of contact for all commercial enquiries, contracts and orders 
  • Provide high levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience 
  • Field incoming calls & emails from external customers, suppliers, and general queries
  • Field incoming calls & emails from internal stakeholders
  • Provide reporting & back-office support for Territory Managers & Technical Support Managers (Field Team) when required 
  • Provide support to the customer services and orders admin team when required 


About your experience
The successful individual will have prior customer service experience, ideally from an agricultural or manufacturing background, with an excellent phone and email etiquette. Candidates will also display:
 

  • Time management skills & ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks depending on urgency
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality
