About the role


We’re currently seeking a Site Manager for our grain receival / distribution site at Cryon, NSW. Managing the day-to-day operations of the site and staff, you’ll:
 

  • Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading during peak & off-peak seasons
  • Safely manage grain receivals and outloads
  • Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community
  • Manage site budget.


GrainCorp wants to provide you with exposure to other areas of our grain supply chain. Similar to an internship, we will design personalised rotations through our logistics, grower services and operations functions such as maintenance and pest control. This will provide skills and knowledge from across the business which positions you are a strong career within GrainCorp.

This role offers a competitive salary package up to $130,000 per annum, plus bonus potential. This package includes base salary, remote allowance, superannuation and full private use of a vehicle.

  • Desire to learn and apply the required skills to become a successful Site Manager.


In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical. A current, valid driver’s licence is also required.
