As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and delivers high-quality outcomes for our customers.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with your team to drive performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role contributes by:
- Leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost and delivery targets
- Supporting and developing a motivated, engaged and safety-focused site team
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and site procedures
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency and productivity
- Identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions through process improvements, training and best practice
About you:
- You have experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations or a similar environment
- You're a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting and developing your team
- You have a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
- You can prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- You bring a practical, continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of working
