As Site Manager at Brandon, you’ll take full ownership of site operations, leading from the front to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met.
This is a practical, hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, working with their team and keeping the plant running safely and efficiently.
This role contributes by:
- Leading day‑to‑day site and manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets
- Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance
- Driving plant performance through continuous improvement and efficient work practices
- Leading, mentoring and working alongside the site team to deliver reliable outcomes
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly, with a practical, solution‑focused approach
About you:
- You’re an experienced operations or site leader with a strong hands‑on background
- You enjoy being on the floor, leading by example and working alongside your team
- Safety is second nature to you, and you take pride in maintaining a compliant, well‑run site
- You’re practical, organised and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑paced environment
- You prefer action over admin and are confident running day‑to‑day operations with minimal paperwork
- Experience in manufacturing, bulk handling, feed or a similar industrial environment is highly regarded
