About the role
We are currently seeking a Trade Support Coordinator (18 month fixed term contract) based at our brand new Barangaroo offices, to process the settlement of grain received from growers. The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Timely and accurate processing and settlement of grain received and delivered
• Assisting in grain receivable reconciliations
• Follow-up and correction of missed / erroneous payments.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable would be a transferrable skill for this role
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in an accounts receivable/payable role with an understanding of inventory. You should also have:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Good analytic skills to reconcile, identify and correct errors
• Intermediate-Advanced level Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
