About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer & Group General Counsel, this position will see you provide professional and high-quality administrative support to the Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Sustainability and Legal & Company Secretariat teams.  

 

This role will be based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. The role is offered on a hybrid working pattern - however flexibility will be key in this position. 

Key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to; 

 

  • Document execution administration and contract/file management
  • Invoicing and expense management
  • Travel management
  • Events planning / management
  • Supporting the administration of team projects
  • General administrative support including, formatting, document preparation, scheduling and co-ordinating meetings, precedent management

Your experience
Our successful candidate will come to us with previous experience as a Team Administrator or similar experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. Other keys skills we are looking for are; 

 

  • Previous experience with contract management and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word. Previous experience with Diligent and LawVu desirable
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, flexible and adaptable
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Keen eye for formatting
