About the role: 

As the Senior Business Analyst at GrainCorp, you will identify, analyse, document and deliver business requirements and processes to support the delivery of customer digital solutions and GrainCorp’s customer digital platforms such as: GrainCorp’s Customer Portal and Mobile App, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Corporate Website and Customer Experience products and services; to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with Business Units to identify, analyse and document requirements, user stories and facilitate workshops
  • Analyse and deliver business process analysis initiatives by either managing some components of large initiatives or all components of small/medium sized initiatives.
  • Foster and build key relationships with Product Owners, Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts team members
  • Provide oversight, own and maintain the Digital Business Analysis governance and continuous improvement in relation to Digital products
  • Help co-ordinate training, user acceptance, product showcases and change management of solutions


Our successful candidate will have the following: 

  • 3 or more years Digital BA experience working on Digital projects (customer-facing websites, ecommerce platforms and mobile applications)
  • A passion for working Agile and in Agile software delivery methods (specifically Scrum/Kanban and its associated ceremonies) but also possess a working knowledge of Waterfall software delivery methods
  • Confidence and proficiency using JIRA and Confluence (admin level abilities a bonus)
  • Experience and ability to efficiently work with User Experience Analysts to develop appropriate solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong focus on customer value
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and ability to self-start and work without supervision.
