About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking an Invoicing Coordinator, based at our Barangaroo offices, on a contract until July 2026. The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Review & approve sales orders in conjunction with customer agreements, tariff pricing schedules or other impacting information
  • Maintain, record and archive information in line with audit requirements
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships to encourage prompt response and information turn around
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve processes 

 

 

About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in an invoicing or billing role, ideally having worked on SAP. Candidates will also demonstrate:

 

  • Numeracy, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously & to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Broader accounts receivable experience will be beneficial
