This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

  • Leading the development and improvement of GrainCorp’s HSE management systems, risk management and assurance frameworks.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver compliance and enhance HSE performance across the business.
  • Coordinating HSE assurance activities and governance requirements to verify system effectiveness.
  • Developing accurate HSE reporting processes and preparing reports for executive and board committees.
  • Supporting implementation of HSE policies, standards, and risk system applications.


About You
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for safety, health, and environment. You bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE performance reporting, risk management, and assurance in a diverse organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and laterally.
  • Experience with IT systems development and project management for SHE initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards related to Safety, Health, and Environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at executive level.
  • High computer literacy and familiarity with SHE-related applications (e.g., Risk Manager) and document management systems like SharePoint.
