Customer Experience Coordinator - Sydney- FTC 6-12 months

About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator, based at our Sydney Office in the CBD. We're looking for a proactive, self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.  The responsibilities of the role will include:
 

• Acting as the first and single point of contact for customers, directing and managing all enquiries and requests

• Managing buyer services hotline calls and emails

• Account administration management, ensuring accuracy

• Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers/customers and executing their requirements in a timely and accurate manner

About your experience
Candidates will have experience working in a customer focused role in a commercial administrative or accounting area. You will also display:
 

• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and relationship management

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, with experience using SAP 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
