About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Business Systems Manager to Lead a team of Business Systems and Support Analysts to support and improve SAP SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement improvement opportunities across your area of responsibility
  • Lead involvement in defining and implementing the future of the transactional landscape
  • Provide application support governance, continuous improvement, and application portfolio ownership to maintain key business applications uptime
  • Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests and enhancements
  • Work with developers and external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business need
  • Co-ordinate system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions, production changes and upgrades to applications

 

About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in business systems analysis working withSAP SuccessFactors. Candidates will also display:

  • Experience with HR business process designs and systems solutions with SAP SuccessFactors key modules (Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning)
  • Managing SuccessFactors Quarterly Releases
  • Experience with service management tools e.g. ServiceNow and Level 2/3 Support processes
  • Vendor management and working with vendor resources to achieve project and application support outcomes
