About the role
GrainCorp is currently looking for a fixed term Accounts Receivable Officer for a 12 month opportunity to join our busy Sydney team. The organisation is running a systems transformation project and as a result we are bringing in additional assistance to cover staff that have been seconded to this project from our shared services team (AP, AR and Data Admin). You will be assisting with collections and escalation of overdue debt. Other key responsibilities of the role will include:
 

  • Develop & Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain high level of Customer Service
  • Coordinate banking transactions & maintain clear transaction records
  • Working across multiple businesses with conflicting priorities
  • Generate reports & perform account reconciliations

 

About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in an accounts receivable role using SAP and will also be able to display:
 

  • Customer service experience
  • Adaptability in the role and support change initiatives
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in high volume environment.
