About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative based at our West Footscray site. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and will be the first point of contact to our customers. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the initial contact for customer service queries
  • Assisting with managing Customer enquiries and deliveries
  • Maintain Customer Order entry process


 

About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience working in customer service and support, ideally within FMCG/fods manufacturing or logistics environment or similar. Candidates will also display:

  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and conflict management
  • Accurate Data Management (Experience using a ticketing system will be beneficial)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and SAP (Agtech will be beneficial)

 

Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
