About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking an SME Operations Excellence (Shared Services) for a 12 month fixed term opportunity, to act as a key conduit between the business and an ongoing system transformation project with a focus on best practice, continuous improvement and standardisation. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Stakeholder engagement; by developing appropriate materials, assisting change management, influencing alignment to process transformation & project deliverables
- Collaborate with senior leaders in strategy development and the opportunities for Operational Excellence contribution
- Assist in data cleanse & migration activities
- Consult in build phase to design phase to ensure execution against deliverables.
- Provide leadership through various testing activities; ensure clear testing plan is available for stakeholders and accountabilities are known, Collaborate with PO’s throughout the stages and ensure that process modelling is complete and agreed, and that clear and strategic communication is provided both into and out of the project regarding status
About your experience
Candidates will ideally have experience in project management, working in a Shared Services Environment. Candidates will also display:
- Customer and stakeholder management (including change management)
- Group / team facilitation of problem solving and solutions
- Demonstrated analyst experience will be beneficial
- Experience in process and report optimization to improve efficiency
- Knowledge of SAP (Ideally S4Hana) as well as reporting tools
In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police check, credit check, bankruptcy check.
