About the role
We are seeking a Change Manager on contract for approximately 18mths. This role is based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
The Change Manager is a key role supporting the planning and delivery of organisational change (not IT change, technical change management, or change control). You will directly engage stakeholder groups, providing valuable input to business readiness and program communications.
Key deliverables of this role include;
- Change impact assessment by listening and ask questions to understand both process and system changes, and to then documenting and managing the impacts on people
- Stakeholder analysis, engagement and tracking, and all forms of ongoing stakeholder assessment required to track and understand how people are receiving the change and adopting it
- Mitigation and interventions required as a result of impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Providing data to assist the Business Readiness Analyst with input to decisions which support business readiness
- Communication approaches and materials, particularly with reference to the change resource areas of engagement in the business
- In conjunction with other change resources various learning assessments (e,g. TNA), as well as contributions to learning strategy and learning materials
About your experience
Our successful candidate will ideally come to us with previous experience as a Change Manager in SAP or other large ERP systems. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills in conjunction with strong communication skills.
Whilst we are open in regard to industry background; ideally we are looking for within Agribusiness, Manufacturing or Transport. Other key skills and experiences we are looking for include;
- Change journey mapping – human centre design
- Change Communication and engagement
- Change risk assessment and measurement
- Effective engagement through STP program forums
- Supportive of business and IT roles seconded into program to fulfil change objectives
- Building change leadership capability
