About the role
GrainCorp is looking to hire a Site Manager at our Spring Ridge site to manage the day-to-day operations of the site and staff. This role offers a competitive salary package, plus bonus potential. This package also includes a full private use motor vehicle.
 

 In this role you will:

  • Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist the Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during peak and off-peak seasons
  • Safely manage grain receivals and outloads
  • Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community
  • Manage site budget.
