About the role
GrainCorp are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to cover parental leave based at our Geelong offices. The contract will be offered for a period of approximately 12 mths. The role will provide administrative support for the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team. The responsibilities of this role will include:

 

  • Assisting with the administration for the stores warehouse 
  • Assisting with purchasing and creating purchase orders
  • Tracking invoices and working with the internal AP team to ensure vendors are paid as per terms
  • Maintain and monitor the SAP system supporting maintenance
  • Assisting the team to compile maintenance reports
  • Administrative project work as required
  • Coordinating training for staff


About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience working in a similar administrative role in a maintenance team, preferably from an agricultural, manufacturing or FMCG environment. We value demonstrated experience thinking on your feet and acting quickly. Candidates will also display:

 

  • Intermediate - advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Experience creating purchase orders
  • Data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
