About the role
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Administrator to join our Hamilton based team located at the Waikato Innovation Park. This role is a permanent position. 

This role has free parking available on site and offers a hybrid working pattern (2 x days in the office and 3 x days from home). 

You will join a team with a friendly culture where attitude is everything! The focus of the role is:

 

  • Processing customer orders
  • Data entry to ensure the right feed goes out to our customers at the right time 

 

About your experience
Our successful candidate for this role will have previous office administration experience as well as strong customer service skills. Other key skills we are looking for include;
 

  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to pick things up quickly
  • Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
