About the role
We are seeking an energetic, proactive and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Hamilton based team. This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern - (Tuesday and Wednesdays in the office).  In this role you will perform a range of accounts tasks, providing support to our internal team and customers. You will be working in a high volume, fast paced and deadline driven environment and will be required to have exceptional attention to detail. 

Other primary objectives of this role include:

• Issuing customer invoices & statements and assisting with customer account enquiries
• Assist Customer Services with Invoice queries and disputes
• Support the AR team 

About your experience
The essentials we are looking for include:

• Accounts Receivable & Collections experience in a commercial business environment - agribusiness would be highly advantageous
• Able to work autonomously and to time deadlines
• Able to communicate across all levels of business
• Strong time management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Problem analysis & problem-solving skills
• Competent Excel skills
