About the role
GrainCorp is looking for an Enterprise Change Engagement Specialist to join our team at our Barangaroo office. This role requires someone with proven expertise in change management and communications as you will play a vital role in developing and executing communication and engagement strategies that resonate across the business, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for change. Key Responsibilities will include: 
 

  • Develop and implement effective change communication strategies tailored to large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise strategy
  • Collaborate closely with internal communications teams to align messaging and leverage existing channels effectively
  • Create compelling content, including written communications and multimedia resources, to support change initiatives
  • Prepare detailed slide packs and speaker notes for senior leaders, ensuring they are equipped to communicate key messages effectively
  • Work with program teams to identify key information and ensure timely dissemination across the business

 

About your experience
Candidate will have prior experience in a communications role dealing with change management, having dealt with large change programmes. Candidates will also demonstrate:
 

  • Expertise in Multi-Channel Communication
  • Strong Content Creation Skills with a demonstrated ability to create diverse communication materials and presentations
  • Experience preparing comprehensive engagement strategies and supporting materials
  • Ability to work effectively with program teams and senior leaders to drive engagement
